RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Thirty Three Boutique, we want you to love every piece you choose. We're happy to offer a full refund on online purchases returned to us within 14 days, in their original packaging, with your reason for return noted on the packing slip.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately on 01590 670411. Where fault is confirmed at the time of dispatch, we will refund the cost of the goods and reasonable return postage.
Returning your order
Please send returns via a tracked, signed-for service and retain your postage receipt. We recommend insuring your parcel to its full value. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving your item and will be made to the original payment card which can take up to 3 days to complete depending on the card used.
Occasionwear
All occasionwear purchases in store are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please contact our team in Bournemouth (01202 299292) before purchasing if you have any questions about fit or styling.
In-store purchases
As an independent retailer and to protect our High Street stores, we are unable to offer refunds on in-store purchases.
We are happy to offer a credit note on full-priced items returned in original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase within 7 days.
Sale items purchased in store and non-returnable. We therefore warmly encourage all in-person purchases to be tried on before purchase.
