UK delivery
We deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed, which aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and will not be left unattended.
Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges may vary for certain oversized or high-value items. Should this apply to your order we will contact you by email before dispatching.
International orders
We are currently unable to offer worldwide shipping. As an independent boutique, we want to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition and within a timeframe that meets our standards — something we cannot yet guarantee with international carriers. We hope to extend our delivery offering in the future and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How we package your order
We know how important it is that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Every order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in one of our boutique boxes, so your delivery feels every bit as special as shopping with us in store.
